A: Our minimum order quantity for our brand products is 5000 pcs,
and the minimum order quantity will be 20000 pcs if you want to custom your own brand products.
Q: How long of the production cycle?
A: Generally, the production cycle about 10 working days on Off-season, and 15 working days on peak season,
the specific time depends on the PMC plan.
Q: What is the transportation time?
A: Generally, it will take 10-15 working days to ship the goods, it will be different according to your location.
Q: Can I have samples before bulk order?
A: Yes, samples are available.
Q: Do you have after service?
A: We will take care of the whole process of the order, not only to give good service before place order but also after the order.
If any problems arise, we will deal with them proactively, and we can reproduce goods or compensate your losses if the mistake is caused by our side.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or just a trading company?
A: We have our own factories, the daily production capacity can reach 600K units.
Q: How to send the product(Shipment)?
A: We can help you find a suitable shipping company to ship the goods, and the shipping fee depends on the total gross weight and total volume.Or If you wanna use your own shipping company, it's also okay.
